Rocket Mortgage at the NFL Draft
Rocket Mortgage was the official mortgage partner of the 2024 NFL Draft in Detroit, Michigan, where 257 athletes had their “dreams come true.”
Like EWI, Rocket Mortgage is headquartered in the Motor City. The company wanted to create an in-person engagement for fans attending the Draft.
Together with partner 160over90, we helped Rocket Mortgage design and fabricate a life-size “dream” house (aptly located at 257 Dream Drive) similar the homes found in Detroit communities.
Inside the home, visitors could check out exclusive sports memorabilia, capture unique Instagrammable moments and interact with occasional celebrity guests.
Throughout the space, visitors were encouraged to think about their “dreammates” — the mentors, confidants and motivators that help dreamers bring their aspirations to life.
Fabrication of the project took place in our local shop and in downtown Detroit. Our team worked closely with 160over90 to bring the Rocket Mortgage House to life in just 8 weeks.
The Rocket Mortgage House consistently drew long lines of engaged fans throughout the three-day Draft.
