Mazda sought to completely refresh its dealership experience to be in line with customer expectations for a premium brand.

EWI has always been built upon collaboration. Working closely with design agency ChangeUp, we set out to create a fresh, premium dealership experience by executing ChangeUp’s design.

Drawing on decades of engineering and fabrication experience, we fabricated and installed many of the fixtures, graphics elements that now appear inside Mazda dealerships.

Customer comfort and convenience were at the center of the experience. We brought to life a comfortable, centrally-located customer lounge, complete with a well-lit working bar and charging stations.

Several large-scale feature graphic prints effectively turn each dealership into an art gallery, elevating the forms of Mazda’s cars and promoting on the Mazda lifestyle.

Other images draw on Mazda’s rich racing heritage to forge an emotional connection with customers.

A few years into the program, the interior program evolved to include the Mazda Boutique, a place for branded softgoods and merchandise.

The reimagined boutique exudes premium quality through design, material choices, and finishes. Smart modular construction makes the design easily adaptable to different dealership footprints.

EWI works closely with Mazda to support the dealer network post-installation, including inspections and graphic rollouts.
