To effectively bring the online-native brand into the physical world, we designed the experience to be inviting, accessible, and engaging.
These “digital playgrounds” gave consumers a comfortable place to engage with Amazon products like Fire, Kindle and Alexa smart home devices.
Amazon piloted the project in just six pop-up spaces. After seeing the success of these pop-ups, they expanded the project to 80 locations.
EWI managed every piece of the project, from design and production to permitting, installation and de-installation of physical and digital properties.
Over the course of the project, we worked with Amazon to continuously engineer smarter, more cost-effective methods.
By the conclusion of the project, our team members reduced production costs by more than 50% without compromising the customer experience.
