EWI named 2024 Michigan Top Workplace

EWI has been named a 2024 Top Workplace by the Detroit Free Press. We are amped — not just because of the award hardware, but because our team (evidently) loves to work here.

This awesome award was based solely on employee feedback gathered by an anonymous survey from employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The confidential survey measured the employee experience, including whether employees feel Respected and Supported, Enabled to Grow and Empowered to Execute.

EWI was born 45 years ago in a small workshop, where six friends (with one client) aimed to prove there is a better way to help others succeed in this industry. We’ve always sought to create a great work environment, as we believe empowered employees are the foundation of a thriving company.
